The packaging was actually good overall. I was a bit worried at first because I’m always afraid of getting fooled by something that looks better online than it really is, but everything arrived fine. Not perfect, but definitely okay

The shipping was really quick, which I appreciated. I did feel a bit dismissed when I reached out with a question, but as far as the delivery itself goes, I don’t have any complaints.

I read Botach’s return policy before I ordered. It was easy to follow. A few parts could be explained a little better. But overall, it seems fair. Just read it first and keep your paperwork. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered some gear expecting the LE/military support side to be a little more dialed in. To be fair, the prices were decent and the order itself wasn’t a total mess, but getting clear answers took longer than it should have. I had to follow up a couple of times, and even then the info I got wasn’t always very straightforward. I don’t want to make it sound like a terrible experience, because it wasn’t, but for people in service, I do think the support should be more responsive and easier to navigate

botach has a solid mix of stuff, especially if you're looking at tactical or outdoor gear. I actually found a couple things there that I couldnt find on other sites, which was nice. The filters could be a little better kinda had to dig around a bit, but overall they’ve got a good range to choose from.

I tried to pay two times and both times it showed up as pending charges, which was annoying because I wasn’t even sure if the order went through or not. Support did get back to me eventually, but it felt slow when I was sitting there wondering if I got charged twice. The order finally worked in the end, so I guess it was fine, but still not a great experience

I got my warranty issue sorted out in the end, and the support team was helpful once things got moving. It did take a bit longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating, but overall the experience was decent and they did resolve it.

I’ve been using tactical gear for years, so I can usually tell quickly when something feels cheap, and this stuff didn’t give me that vibe at all. The pouches and belt felt solid and practical, like gear I’d actually trust at the range.

I ordered from botach and was happy with how fast everything got moving. The order confirmation came through shortly after I placed it, and I liked that the order didn’t just sit there in “processing” for a few days like I’ve had happen with other sites.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking info took a little while to update, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on at first. Once it showed up though, everything looked fine, and overall the order was smooth and shipped out faster than I expected.
